Things parents often ask

Quick answers to questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, the form above is the fastest way to reach us.

What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 18 months to 6 years old, across four age-grouped classes — Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten, and our School Readiness year. You can read more about each programme on our programme page.
How can I book a school tour?
The easiest way is to fill in the form above and select "Booking a school tour." We'll reply with 2–3 time slots that work for you. Tours run during operating hours and usually take about 45 minutes — enough time to walk the spaces, meet our educators, and ask everything you need to.
What is the Reggio Emilia approach?
Born in post-war Italy, the Reggio Emilia approach views every child as capable, curious, and full of theories about the world. Learning unfolds through long-form projects driven by children's own questions, with the environment itself acting as a "third teacher." We dive deeper into our philosophy on the programme page.
Do you offer half-day options?
Yes — both half-day (morning) and full-day options are available, with flexibility around drop-off and pick-up times within our 8 am – 6 pm operating window. The right fit usually depends on your child's age and your family's rhythm. Send us a note and we'll talk through what works best.
What does the enrolment process look like?
Most families start with a school tour, followed by a short conversation with our principal about your child and what you're hoping for. From there, we guide you through registration, settling-in visits, and a gentle first week. We keep class sizes small, so do reach out early to check availability.
Are there franchise or career opportunities?
Yes to both — we're always interested in hearing from passionate educators, and from partners thinking about bringing the Piccoli approach to a new neighbourhood. Use the form above and select "Career opportunity" or "Franchise / business opportunity," and our team will be in touch.
